Abacus Group has extended its line-up of cybersecurity services and products with the acquisition of two cybersecurity consulting companies: Gotham Security and GoVanguard.
The dual takeover will allow the group to become a “full-bodied MSSP“, the companies said.
The new business will be known as Gotham Security and will continue to operate as an independent subsidiary of Abacus Group.
