Former Salesforce and Visa executive Lisa Edwards has joined LogicMonitor as an Independent Board Member after the cloud-based monitoring platform provider experienced 40% compound annual growth over the last four years.
Lisa (pictured) currently sits on the board of Colgate-Palmolive and serves as Executive Chair of the Diligent Institute, and was previously the founder & CEO of fintech startup ValuBond.

Her appointment comes as the firm achieved over $200m in ARR in 2022, expanded its partner network and client roster to over 2,300 customers, and relaunched its LogicMonitor Community.
