Sangoma Technologies has reshuffled its leadership team following the departure of Bill Wignall and David Moore from their positions as President, CEO and Director, and EVP, Corporate Development.
In the absence of Wignall and Moore, the Board has appointed Norman Worthington as Executive Chairman on an interim basis and Allan Brett has assumed the role of Lead Independent Director.
“I appreciate the opportunity to serve in this role while the Board conducts a search for Sangoma’s next CEO,” said Worthington. “I will partner with Sangoma’s leadership team to ensure we continue to execute on behalf of our stakeholders as we build towards a pure SaaS business.”
