MSP TRG has amplified its scale and service prowess throughout the UK and Europe following the purchase of Symec, marking its second acquisition this year.
The deal incorporates an additional two facilities and welcomes 72 new team members, further propelling TRG's worldwide expansion endeavors.
TRG President Sean Kennedy said: "Bringing this team into the TRG family allows us to significantly expand our UK and European operations while providing our customers with more top-tier global offerings."
Previously this year, TRG's growth strategy for its Canadian operations was bolstered by the acquisition of RWC.
