Orange Business boosts services leadership team

Orange Business has bolstered its executive management team to aid its digital transformation services effort.

Usman Javaid has been named chief products and marketing officer, and Hriday Ravindranath has been appointed chief technology and information officer.

Javaid will be responsible for the company’s strategic value propositions, business lines, products portfolio, digital and strategic enablers, as well as overseeing global communications and marketing teams, the firm said.

Previously managing director of professional services delivery at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Javaid has more than 20 years of experience centred around building innovative technology products and driving large-scale business transformation. He will be based in the UK.

Ravindranath was previously chief product and digital officer at BT Global, and will be responsible for “driving internal transformation towards cloud computing and software utilisation”, while also “enhancing industrialisation, digitisation and profitability of our multi-service offerings”, said Orange. He will be based in India.

Orange Business named François Fleutiaux as executive vice president for France in January this year.

“Our energised, global, and diverse leadership team is ready to nurture a new and positive culture within Orange Business as a trusted digital services company. Capitalising on our complementary skill-sets, our partner ecosystem momentum, and our platform power, I am confident we are in a strong position to deliver exceptional digital experiences for our customers around the world,” said Aliette Mousnier-Lompré, CEO of Orange Business.
