ALSO has acquired distributor Commaxx to further expand its expertise in cloud services.
The acquired company, founded in 1992 and headquartered in Oslo, Norway, is also present in Denmark and Sweden.
As an expert for Citrix-based applications, there is “significant potential” to expand this offer across the pan-European ALSO group, it is said. The majority of the company’s turnover is recurring, driven by renewals, hosting, and managed service provider and cloud service provider offerings.

The value of the deal has not been revealed.
