Insight has expanded its application solutions business by acquiring UK-based Microsoft-Gold partner, Amdaris
The deal will bolster Insight’s solutions portfolio and IT supply chain capabilities with Amdaris’ software development, application support, managed services and consultancy services.
Joyce Mullen, CEO of Insight, sees this as a critical step in its growth as a solutions integrator.
She said: “With the addition of Amdaris, Insight will scale robustly, enhance its technological capabilities and deliver an even broader range of services and solutions to clients in EMEA.”
