According to Mark Lomas, head of new business, channel, at Gamma there has never been a better time for IT channel partners to add voice services, especially as traditional telecom partners are eying opportunities in the tech space, as voice and data converge into a single service.
By adding voice services, IT channel partners can add recurring revenue, build margin and most importantly, protect their existing client base from competition.
