8x8 is launching an AI-enhanced Technology Partner Ecosystem on its XCaaS platform to boost customer experience and business analytics.

The programme has drawn over 30 tech partners, including Cognigy, Avoira, and Balto, fostering an ecosystem to innovate and provide enterprise solutions. 

Those partnering with the vendor can benefit from co-creating go-to-market strategies and leveraging analytics to address customer use cases.
