Acronis has launched MSP Academy, a training platform designed to support MSPs in mastering business operations, technology, sales, and marketing.
The curriculum provides MSPs with the skills to navigate the rapidly evolving tech landscape. Upon completion, participants can earn a Credly badge to certify their learning.
Jon McCarrick, Director of Evangelism at Acronis, said: “The rapidly evolving technology and business landscape requires ongoing learning, and MSP Academy is designed to support the growing needs of MSPs.”
Acronis said it plans to conduct hybrid boot camps and introduce a range of training formats including online, hybrid, and in-person sessions in various languages, ensuring global accessibility for MSPs.
