ALSO is continuing to expand in Eastern Europe. It is buying PIN Computers doo, an IT specialist with operations in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia-Herzegovina. This is part of the ALSO's growth strategy in the region, it says. PIN Computers, founded in 1995, offers IT equipment, mobile devices, and consumer electronics to its large customer base.
ALSO will give local resellers access to the company's ecosystem with solutions, services and digital platforms, including new vendors and product categories. As soon as the acquisition, which is still subject to the standard regulatory and committee approvals, has been successfully completed, ALSO will aim to drive operations at PIN using ALSO's digital management systems.
