Security vendor Sophos has appointed Teresa Anania as its new Chief Customer Officer to drive client and partner success initiatives while enhancing its cybersecurity offerings.
Anania (pictured), with over 25 years of sales experience, joins from Zendesk, where she led all post-sales functions.
In her new role, she will focus on strengthening Sophos' customer-centric culture.
She said: “I will be working closely with channel partners, MSPs, and the global team, to advocate for Sophos’ customers and their security defenses and to drive value for partners from Sophos’ entire portfolio of solutions and services.”
