Arrow Business Communications has acquired another services firm, this time in the form of network solutions company Complete Networks.
Based in Castle Donnington, the Midlands, Complete Networks is a provider of critical managed WAN and LAN solutions. The company is particularly successful in the NHS and emergency services market, with a number of hospitals and two ambulance services among its customer base.
Mike Jones, founder and MD of Complete Networks, said: “Utilising our combined expertise will provide a real competitive advantage.”
CEO of Arrow Richard Burke (pictured) added: Complete Networks will enable us to expand our foothold in the public sector and NHS in particular. The acquisition positions us perfectly to maximise opportunities within the public health sector as the transition to digitalisation builds momentum in the coming years.”
The value of the acquisition has not been disclosed. Surrey, England-headquartered Arrow specialises in telephony, data, IT and energy solutions for businesses. It has seven offices, annual sales of over £49m and 245 staff.
Arrow acquired Glasgow, Scotland-based cloud services provider Click Networks last September, its second acquisition in 2020. Click Networks' services include IT consultancy, cloud services, security analysis, hosted telephony and connectivity, and is a Microsoft Gold Partner. In July 2020, Arrow acquired Leeds, West Yorkshire-based Altinet, an international provider of IT security and storage services. In 2019, Arrow opened a new flagship office in Glasgow for three previously acquired Scottish businesses, to better support customers and partners.
