Atos and RingCentral have announced the first release of Unify Office (UO) by RingCentral in France. It will also be available in Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands, after first being announced as a combined platform this July.
With Unify Office by RingCentral businesses of all sizes can communicate and collaborate with voice, video, team messaging and fax capabilities from anywhere, using any device via a single enterprise solution.
Available directly from Atos, Unify Office by RingCentral will also be available from partners of leading regional distributors, said Atos, including Itancia and BusinessCom.
Atos previously operated the Unify unified communications and collaboration division that sold Unify products under a partner programme. It has instead chosen to offer similar solutions using RingCentral technology.
Unify Office is combined with the Atos Unify OpenScape product family and Atos Unify Cloud Contact Center offering. Unify was originally created out of Siemens Enterprise Communications, which was acquired by Atos in 2016.
Atos isn't the first to integrate existing UC products with RingCentral, with Avaya combining its technology with RingCentral last year. Distributor Westcon recently announced a new partner recruitment drive in Ireland for the resale of Avaya Cloud Office by RingCentral solutions. Westcon is now a master agent for the unified communications as-a-service (UCaaS) platform across Europe.
