Avaya renames services unit to focus on cloud experience

Avaya has overhauled its professional services division, now known as Avaya Customer Experience Services (ACES), to aid enterprises in personalising their cloud experiences.

This revamped unit, previously called Avaya Professional Services, integrates AI, cloud, and digital technologies into the process of cloud migration.

Emir Susic, Global VP, Avaya Customer Experience Services, said: “ACES represents Avaya's unwavering dedication to its customers by delivering transformative technology through AI, cloud, and digital solutions that create personalized experiences.”

The ACES team collaborates with clients wherever they are in their cloud migration journey so they can ‘innovate without disruption’, the company said. 

Susic added: “By meeting customers exactly where they are in their cloud migration, Avaya aims to guide organizations through their digital transformation journey.”
