AvePoint update to help MSPs manage security and compliance

AvePoint has introduced an updated version of its Elements platform, designed to assist Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in managing client data, cloud environments, and tenant configurations. The platform incorporates AI tools aimed at improving operational efficiency, standardizing security, and simplifying compliance management.

The update reflects AvePoint’s ongoing focus on its channel business, which accounts for over half of the company’s annual recurring revenue. The Elements platform aims to help MSPs navigate increasingly complex data management environments while creating opportunities to expand service offerings in areas such as security, backup, and compliance.

“MSPs are looking for efficient, scalable solutions to meet growing customer demands for data protection and compliance,” said Phil Doyle, Regional Vice President, Northern Europe at AvePoint. “The latest updates to the Elements platform are designed to help them achieve this with less operational overhead and more opportunities to grow.”

According to Canalys, 90% of cybersecurity solutions are expected to be partner-delivered by 2025. By providing a centralized system for multi-tenant management, AvePoint suggests that its platform can enable MSPs to meet the growing demand for security and compliance services while reducing operational overhead.

Feedback from early adopters has highlighted improvements in efficiency and revenue potential. MSPs participating in a private preview reported a 40% increase in revenue per user when integrating multiple solutions and an 85% reduction in time spent on operational tasks.

AvePoint’s updates come as the cybersecurity market continues to grow, with increased demand for scalable, security-focused managed services across multi-cloud environments.
