Bechtle is building its Mobile Solutions business in the Netherlands with the acquisition of Ivizi B.V., Maastricht. The specialist is a certified Apple Premium Reseller and authorised Apple Premium Service Provider and Bechtle is taking over Ivizi’s B2B business activities, with 19 employees to join Bechtle subsidiary ARP as an Apple Centre of Excellence.
The company has been established on the Dutch market for 25 years. Targeting SMB and large enterprise customers, Ivizi achieved B2B revenue of some €15 million in the 2018 business year. . Ivizi’s owner and Managing Director, Robert de Vree, will also make the switch to Bechtle. Bechtle is represented in the Netherlands with ARP, Buyitdirect and Bechtle direct, all three will benefit from the extensive Apple certifications. (…)
