BigChange launches UK channel partner programme

Field service management software provider BigChange has announced the launch of a new UK channel partner programme following a £75m investment from private equity firm Great Hill Partners last year.

The company said the programme gives partners opportunities to generate revenues from the fast-growth field service software market.

It has started to recruit channel partners across the UK to complement its in-house sales activities. To date, it has added five new partners, including PRS Telecom and Penmark Digital, to its roster, the company said.  

“BigChange is a field service software specialist, with a best-in-class cloud platform and fast-expanding customer base,” said Paul Witter (pictured), chief partnerships officer at BigChange. “We are investing heavily in innovation and expansion, and the time is right to invite the channel to join us.”

The company touts several benefits of joining the programme, including gaining exclusive channel access to one of 18 geographical territories, and the opportunity to earn an initial commission and recurring revenues from reselling and supporting the implementation of BigChange. 

Witter continued: “BigChange is particularly suited to the needs of small and medium-sized businesses adopting field service management software for the first time, and those replacing legacy systems that lack functionality and don’t integrate well with other software products.”

BigChange says 1,700 organisations worldwide within the building maintenance, construction and environmental services sectors use its job management platform.
