Cancom Group has appointed Jochen Borenich, former COO of K-Businesscom, to the new position of CSO.
This decision, agreed upon during the acquisition of K-Businesscom, marks a critical move in the merger of the two entities, the firm said.
Cancom’s executive board now consists of CEO Rüdiger Rath, CSO Jochen Borenich, and CFO Thomas Stark.
Rath said: “In the coming months, Jochen will set important accents in the merger of the portfolios and enrich the Executive Board of CANCOM SE with his technical expertise and knowledge of K-Businesscom.
