IT monitoring and AIOps solutions vendor Centreon has announced a “partner-first” strategy to boost its channel business further. As part of the drive, the Paris/Toronto-joint headquartered firm is rolling out its “reinvented” ON partner programme. Since 2015, Centreon says it has experienced “strong” 35%-plus annual growth and it already has 200,000 users and 600 MSP and enterprise clients worldwide.
“In order to seize the growth opportunity, it has embraced a partner-first strategy internationally,” said the firm.
It added: “By investing in partners, Centreon expects to increase its revenue and geographic coverage, while continuing to provide support from its current operations across Europe, North America and Latin America.”
The revamped partner programme offers increased access to technical tooling, sales support and marketing programmes.
Marc-Antoine Hostier, chief revenue officer at Centreon, said: “We are accelerating our investments to become the best company to do business with in our space. We are actively recruiting VARs and SIs in EMEA, the Americas and Asia-Pacific, and we will extend our partner programme to more partner types such as distributors and consulting firms in 2021.”
Last month, the company directly entered the UK and Ireland market with a new operation headed by Juan Lyall, brought in to look after partners, managed service providers and enterprises.
