Cisco and Multiverse are funding a programme to train 80 employees from their partner organisations in the Greater Manchester area.
The main aim of the Tech Talent Accelerator programme is to improve skills in digital transformation and data analytics via independent learning, workshops, and coaching, with opportunities up to degree level.
A group of 36 employees from various Cisco’s channel partners took part in the pilot programme to shape future offerings for upcoming students.
David Meads, CEO of Cisco UK&I, said: “As part of Cisco’s commitment to Greater Manchester One, our collaboration with Multiverse enables us to nurture the best talent in our partner ecosystem.
Additionally, the programme also offers diversity and inclusion training for apprentices.
Euan Blair, Founder and CEO of Multiverse, added: “We want this partnership with Cisco and its partners to have a real impact on the growth of companies, and the wider region.”
