Networking specialist Provista UK has been given Cisco Gold Partner status.
This means that at the moment Provista is the only independent firm recognised by Cisco as a gold partner in Scotland, the company says. The recognition follows a demonstration that it met Cisco standards including technical competency, service, support and customer satisfaction.
Provista has invested heavily in staff development and cloud services, its says while at the same time remaining an independent organisation that offers both on premise and cloud business solutions in data centre, security, networking and collaboration technologies.
“Our Cisco journey has been amazing, we have learned so much over the years with the support of our Cisco colleagues. Our staff have been outstanding and have proven themselves time and time again to be loyal, professional and completely customer focused. Joining an elite set of the Cisco Gold partners in our tenth year is testament to the efforts of all our staff and the support of our loyal customers,” says co-founder and operations director of Provista, Barry Oliver.
“To be the only Cisco Gold Partner with a HQ in Scotland is an astounding achievement for Provista UK. From the date we signed up as a Registered Cisco Partner, we have grown organically year-on-year and moved through all partner levels and to larger offices. That has only been possible thanks to our constant investment in staff and growth, while never losing sight of the need to maintain the very highest levels of customer service,” adds Stuart Little, sales director at Provista UK.
Additionally, the company was named Cisco’s Partner of the Year in Scotland for 2015.
