Cybereason taps new CEO amid $100m funding round

Lior Div, the current CEO of Cybereason, is to be replaced by Eric Gan, as the cybersecurity company secures $100m in venture funding from SoftBank Corp.

Gan, Executive VP at SoftBank Corp., has been associated with Cybereason since 2015 when SoftBank made its first investment in the company.

He was also a Co-Founder of eAccess and had worked at Goldman Sachs before joining SoftBank Corp.

Gan said: “I have watched Cybereason grow from its earliest stages and I aim to support its next stage of global growth and scale.”

Div will remain with the company in an advisory capacity during the transition period.
