Devoteam turns round using cloud

European integrator increases margin and claims SaaS and mobility helps

After two years of transformation, Paris and New York listed Devoteam has announced revenue and profitability above expectation in its results for the year ended December 31st 2014.

Full year revenue stood at €442.8m, a 2.5% increase at constant exchange rates compared with 2013 and shows a 6% increase in the last quarter of 2014 over Q4 2013. The 2014 operating margin stood at €22.1m, representing 5.0% of revenues, and a 130 basis point increase compared to last year.

The "EAGLE" transformation plan, started in 2012, enabled a significant improvement of profits for the year thanks to a shift of the portfolio of offers towards more Digital, Cloud and IT security – leveraged by further business model enhancement, it says. Also, in line with its strategic ambition, the Group acquired SaaS and mobility focused companies. It now works in 20 EMEA countries with 3,600 employees, it says.
