ECIR’s subsidiary ECIT Solutions AS has bolstered its IT and cloud services portfolio and footprint in managed services and IT advisory following its acquisition of Danish IT firm Prosys ApS.
The purchase has been settled in cash and Prosys will merge into ECIT Solutions AS.
Since 2013, ECIT has completed over 125 acquisitions, driving proforma revenue for 2021 to 2.55bn NOK.
