Distributor Exertis has made a new addition to its team, naming Cath O’Neill as IT director of service operations.
In her new role, she will report to the UK IT director, Liz Greenwood, and conduct her daily duties at Exertis’ National Distribution Centre in Burnley.
As a senior IT leader, O’Neill (pictured) brings over 25 years of experience in IT transformation and service delivery, having restructured IT service teams and embedded SLA management and ITIL processes.
O’Neil joins the business from the Odeon Cinema Group, where she was responsible for all areas of IT service delivery, keeping cinemas and offices across the UK and Ireland fully operational and always able to trade.
“I am delighted to welcome Cath to our UK IT team,” said Greenwood. “The business has experienced significant growth over the past couple of years and Cath will play a lead role in defining a number of upcoming IT projects.”
Commenting on her appointment, O’Neill said: “It’s great to be joining Exertis at such an exciting time.
