Exertis Ireland acquires Technology Distribution division of Espion

Exertis Ireland has acquired the Technology Distribution Division of Espion. Under the deal, the current Espion Technology Distribution Team will become part of Exertis Ireland. This will include Jim Lehane (below), Espion Director and Head of Technology Distribution, who will also be joining Exertis and will continue in his role leading the team.

The deal will not affect any of Espion’s other divisions – Espion Information Governance; Espion eDiscovery & Digital Forensics; Espion Cloud Assurance; Espion Managed Security Solutions; Espion Training and Espion R&D.
