Experio has strengthened its SD-WAN/SASE business and presence in the UK market following its acquisition of UK-based MSP Breeze Networks.
The agreement is part of Expereo's strategy to complement its managed network solutions with advisory practices, the company said.
As part of the deal, CTO Matthew Lea will join Breeze Networks as Technical Portfolio Lead to accelerate Expereo’s expansion plans for its SD-WAN/SASE practice.
Irwin Fouwels, CEO of Expereo, said: “This acquisition expands our SD-WAN services to address the growing need for cloud access and global network solutions in the market."
