Ricoh UK has appointed Glenn Griggs as its new CEO, replacing Phil Keoghan who now leads Ricoh Northern Europe.
Previously, Griggs was the board director of sales at Ricoh, overseeing the company's shift to a digital services model across various divisions.
Nicola Downing (pictured), CEO, Ricoh Europe, said: “Glenn has a wealth of experience and brings with him a strong vision and history of driving growth.”
Hopwood will remain as MD of Ricoh Ireland, reporting to Keoghan.
