HelpSystems has cut the ribbon on its new channel worldwide partner programme, an initiative the cybersecurity and automation software company says will help strengthen its partner community in EMEA, North America, Latin America and APAC.
Designed to support five unique partner types, including referral, VARs, distributors, MSP/MSSPs and strategic alliance/OEM partners, the programme will allow partners to position cybersecurity products as a solution to solve their customers’ growing security challenges.
Leading the charge, the company has appointed Renee Ritter as the programme’s managing director. He brings more than two decades of experience in senior sales management roles and is responsible for the programme strategy and direction worldwide.
“By offering these capabilities through one cybersecurity vendor, partners avoid unnecessary overhead and complexity, and provide their customers with all they need to support and solve their problems,” said Ritter. “We believe the development of this programme in 2022 will add significant value to existing and new partners, and the customers they serve.”
Based in North America with offices worldwide, HelpSystems said benefits are tied to programme type and solution groups, and partners must achieve the requirements applicable to their tier to qualify for the programme.
