ImmuniWeb signs up an extra 100 partners for app security business

Cloud application security vendor ImmuniWeb says it signed up almost 100 new partners in the first quarter of this year, following a 230% jump in turnover when compared to the previous year.

The new partners included managed security service providers (MSSPs), international distributors and resellers from over 15 countries, including additions in Europe, the US, India, Hong Kong and Singapore.

The Geneva, Switzerland-headquartered firm said profitability in Q1 2021 “hit record levels” from the business it generated from end customers in segments including banking, financial services and healthcare. It added 120 new customers during the quarter, it said.

The company, which says it is looking for more partners, sells attack surface management, dark web monitoring and application penetration testing products through the ImmuniWeb AI Platform.

Ilia Kolochenko, ImmuniWeb CEO and chief architect, said: “We are wholeheartedly grateful to our valued customers and partners for this turbo-charged growth. Our focus in 2021 is on further geographical expansion and ongoing implementation of various compliance features into our products to satisfy growing regulatory requirements imposed upon our customers.”

The vendor recently created a dedicated team to develop and establish industry alliances with governmental cyber security agencies and other specialist organisations in the Europe, US and APAC regions.
