Sees market in Europe moving rapidly; targets education and specialist channels

Ingram Micro Europe has added a third 3D printer vendor in as many months. With Leapfrog Solutions, it aims to offer the channel a complete package of tools and solutions designed to appeal to specialised user groups including engineers, architects and schools. "We are extremely pleased to be adding the products of Leapfrog 3D Printers to our European portfolio. The range of printers, printing materials, software, hardware add-ons and services complement our current offering and allow us to present our channel partners with a complete range of solutions and a great sales and service opportunity.

The new additions to the Ingram portfolio are the Creatr HS which offers a stand-alone 3D printing experience ideal for schools and companies starting out with 3D printing and the Xeed 3D printer, a professional 3D printer which has features such as a heated environment; allowing printing using a range of materials as well as automatic bed calibration and automatic filament loading - two printers which will allow resellers to meet a range of end-user needs.
