Cybersecurity firm Integrity360 has acquired Stockholm-based Netsecure, extending its reach into the Nordics.
Netsecure, boasting a 35% annual growth rate and projected sales of €10m this year, will contribute to Integrity360's estimated €110m sales in 2023.
The acquisition expands Integrity360's workforce to 360 employees, as all Netsecure staff will be retained.

The enhanced group will significantly expand its activities and services throughout the Nordic region in addition to continuing our growth throughout the UK and Ireland. 2023 will also see the group expand into other major geographic markets."
Netsecure founder and MD Jan Lindblom added: “Our skills combined with those of Integrity360 will provide an extension of our portfolio of professional, support and managed services."
