IONOS is actively seeking additional UK partners through its newly launched channel partner programme.
According to Chanel Patrick (pictured), who manages IONOS’ UK channel, the firm hopes to add 20 new partners to its roster of 50 in the UK this year.
“We are looking for MSPs that are able to migrate, implement and maintain, as well as VARs looking to expand their services into cloud services,” she says.
Patrick clarified that IONOS' efforts are not just centered on sales, but are also aimed at cultivating relationships with partners.
“Our aim is to collaborate with them, rather than have them work on our behalf,” she emphasises. “We demonstrate this by not holding our partners to target revenues for their first two years. Instead, we focus more on activities to generate leads and opportunities.
“We also hold quarterly business reviews to ensure the activities we planned are working well and if not, change or adjust activities that are better aligned for the partner.”
IONOS' partner programme offers UK partners various touchpoints, including account managers, an inbound sales team, and a technical team.
“We have an onboarding pack that goes out to all partners”, she says. “We provide training on our cloud products and have a team of solutions architects that are there to support our partners.”
Recently recruited partners include Intel and One Click.
