Johnson Controls acquires security services firms

Johnson Controls has acquired CDS Integrated Security Systems and Gem Security Services, jointly-owed systems integrators delivering intelligent business protection solutions.

The acquisition will strengthen Johnson Controls’ range of interconnected electronic security solutions, designed to protect people, property and other assets.

Over the past 37 years, South Wales-headquartered CDS Integrated Security Systems and Gem Security Services have supported the physical and remote security needs of local authorities, universities, blue chip enterprises and critical national infrastructure.
