US private equity firm KKR has acquired Ness Digital Engineering, a Salesforce partner and Snowflake data consultancy, from The Rohatyn Group.
Ness offers digital practices that include cloud engineering, data and analytics, experience design, intelligence engineering, and Salesforce for businesses across sectors from its offices in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

The terms of the transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions, were not disclosed.
