KLDiscovery on search for more partners

KLDiscovery, the provider of electronic discovery, information governance and data recovery software and services, has launched its Nebula Partner Program to help gain more resellers.

KLDiscovery provides services and software to help law firms, enterprises and government agencies solve their data challenges. The US-headquartered company has over 40 offices across 19 countries.

Through the new programme, partners will gain access to the vendor's entire Nebula portfolio, including Big Data, KLDiscovery’s scalable data storage solution; as well as Nebula Legal Hold, KLD’s approach to managing hold data. Partners will also have access to its “white glove” customer service.

The programme includes multiple deployment options, including Microsoft Azure cloud, KLDiscovery’s own ISO/IEC 27001-certified data centres, or in the end client’s own data centre with the Nebula Enterprise rack-mounted hardware solution.

Nebula's included workflow accelerators offer end-to-end eDiscovery management in a single tool, supporting the complete eDiscovery lifecycle, and designed to reduce costs and alleviate data migration risks associated with using piecemeal systems.

“As more end-users and service providers adopt our proprietary software as their eDiscovery platform of choice, the development of a partner programme became the natural next step for our Nebula solution,” said Chris Weiler, chief executive officer of KLDiscovery. “Through the programme, we aim to accelerate Nebula's growth while also continuing to offer KLD's standard of excellent value and optionality for our partners and their clients.”
