Kodak Alaris and Newgen in search for new partners

Kodak Alaris and Newgen Software Technologies have sealed a new global strategic alliance that aims to provide channel partners with access to joint solutions to help organisations drive digital business. Under the agreement, Newgen and Kodak Alaris will expand, connect and grow their network by jointly recruiting partners with similar profiles to help sell their solutions. Kodak Alaris scanners are now included on the Newgen certified document scanner list.

Newgen is a provider of business process management (BPM), enterprise content management (ECM) and customer communication management (CCM) solutions to banks, insurance firms, healthcare organisations, governments, telcos and outsourcers. It is headquartered in India and has a European subsidiary located in the City of London financial district.

The alliance is expected to generate new business opportunities for channel partners that work with Alaris and Newgen across geographies, vertical markets and applications, said the partners. “It positions Alaris and Newgen as partners of choice for customers around the world looking to leverage the power of their information, reduce costs, save time and optimise business processes,” they said.

Diwakar Nigam, chairman and managing director of Newgen Software, said: “By harnessing both companies’ best-in-breed technologies, customers can realise all the benefits of a paperless, digitally-driven work environment. Alaris and Newgen are now better positioned to deliver value to our customers than ever before.”

Vanilda Grando, global sales development director at Kodak Alaris, said: “Partners play a key role in delivering value to our customers. Together, we will help organisations make sense of their data, achieve compliance and create transparency and efficiency throughout their operations.”
