
Cybersecurity services firm NCC Group has completed the disposal of Fox Crypto, part of its European Cyber division in the Netherlands, for €78.5m to CR Group Nordic.
Fox Crypto contributed revenue and EBITDA of around £18m and about £4m, respectively, in the 12 months ended 31 May 2024. “Fox Crypto was previously a standalone entity, and the disposal does not impact the group's continuing Cyber capabilities,” said NCC.
Group NCC net debt following this disposal, as at 31 March, 2025, is expected to be “in the range of £0 to £3m”, said to the firm.
The company is due to announce interim results for the period ended 31 March, 2025 on 19 June, 2025.
-TD Synnex reported first quarter sales of $14.5 billion for the first quarter, an increase of 4% year-on-year.
“The strength of our business model allowed us to grow ahead of the market in Q1. Our end-to-end strategy, global reach, and specialist go-to-market approach continues to empower us to capture a wide range of IT spend,” said Patrick Zammit, CEO of TD Synnex. “Gross billings in constant currency grew by 9.5% year-over-year in Q1, with all regions and major technologies contributing.”
The operating profit crept up by 0.6% to $304.5m, and the net profit fell by 2.7% to $167.5m.
-Verkada, the cloud-based physical security solutions firm, announced a new integration with SimonsVoss SmartIntego wireless locks at its VerkadaOne London conference.
An extension of its flagship conference in the US, VerkadaOne London convened more than 350 IT and physical security leaders to connect and learn about new solutions from Verkada.
Ardon Anderson, Verkada’s vice president of EMEA, said: “Our new partnership with SimonsVoss will unlock new potential for us as our Access Control offering continues to grow, and help make it even easier to deploy seamless, enterprise-grade solutions at scale.”
Verkada’s platform controls access for more than 3.7m users and checks in more than 1.5m visitors every month. The company’s partnership with SimonsVoss expands its existing network of wireless lock integrations, and will make it easier for organisations across Europe to adopt Verkada’s enterprise-scale access control solution without the need for rewiring.
-CrowdStrike has announced its new Services Partner Program, bringing top players like Deloitte, EY, Wipro, and eSentire together to drive adoption of Falcon Next-Gen SIEM, “redefining how organisations stop breaches and modernise the SOC”, said the cybersecurity vendor.
“Services partners now have everything they need to help customers eliminate complexity, reduce costs, and deliver real security outcomes with CrowdStrike,” the provider added.
-Gamma Communications posted annual group sales of £579.4m, up 11% annually. And gross profit grew by 12% to £300.3m, with adjusted EBITDA growing by 10% to £125.5m.
Recurring revenue (revenue which is recognised “over time”) grew to £516.6m, being 89% of revenue, as existing customer renewals and new customer agreements continue to deliver contracted income.
Adjusted EPS (fully diluted) increased by 13% to 85.1p.
-TD Synnex is extending its relationship with NetApp in the UK and Ireland, being appointed a distributor for the NetApp Keystone storage-as-a-service (STaaS) offering. With this pay-as-you-go, hybrid cloud storage solution, the distributor says it will enable partners to drive new business.
As well as meeting the needs of existing NetApp partners, TD Synnex will be looking to recruit and enable additional resellers who want to take advantage of opportunities with NetApp Keystone, it says.
