Marsh Finance teams up with Sabio for enhanced CX

Marsh Finance has partnered with Sabio to enhance its digital customer experience (CX) initiatives.

Under this partnership, Sabio will manage Marsh’s Genesys Cloud infrastructure and introduce a live chat feature to their existing channels.

Daniel Seaborne, Sabio Group's MD for UK, Nordics and Africa said: “By implementing additional CX technology into its Genesys customer service infrastructure, including live chat and secure payment capabilities, we're driving forward a digital transformation that not only meets but exceeds customer expectations.”

Furthermore, with Sabio’s ties to Sycurio, Marsh is integrating PCI-compliant digital payments.
