Mayflex has signed a distribution agreement with IDEAL Networks to distribute several products from their cable certification and security portfolio. The deal includes IDEAL security solutions like SecuriTEST IP, which is an all-in-one CCTV tester that can connect, power, configure and document deployed systems.
Birmingham-based Mayflex specialises in IP CCTV solutions for VARs, installers, integrators and specifiers. The company works with other manufacturers in access control, intruder alarms, perimeter protection and video analytics.
Video surveillance supplier Dahua Technology, Canon's network camera business and testing equipment firm Netscout Systems are among the vendors to do channel business through Mayflex.
IDEAL's SecuriTEST IP combines the functionally of a video monitor, cable tester, PoE injector and laptop in one device, reducing equipment investment costs.
