Onyx re-launches partner programme

Data centres, cloud backup, hosting and connectivity solutions specialist Onyx Group has announced a re-launch of its Business Partner Programme.

Data centres, cloud backup, hosting and connectivity solutions specialist Onyx Group has announced a re-launch of its Business Partner Programme. Under the new terms, Onyx plans to offer three versions of the programme.

This is to address the needs of the three different types of the partners: resellers, referral partners and companies wishing to create their own white-labelled product, it says.

The new scheme also offers partners discount rates, access to marketing tools, staff sales training and both pre and post-sales support.

“Unlike many other IT vendors offering similar propositions, Onyx has the proven track record of delivering our customers an exceptional service over a 20 year period, establishing a level of trust that we will pass on to our partners as they deliver new services to their customers. Trust plays a key role in any partnership, and with our secure ISO 27001 accredited facilities, accredited and experienced engineers, 24/7 Support, guaranteed uptime levels and a company-wide desire to continuously invest in our infrastructure, businesses can feel safe in the knowledge that the service they are offering is the very best,” says John Toal, who has been recently appointed as Sales and Marketing Director at Onyx after joining from Avnet UK.

Additionally, the company has announced that James Carver will take a role as a new Commercial Director to support account managers responsible for the commercial potential of their partners.
Carver joins Onyx after he spent several years at EMC and Northamber.
