Process management player hires head of channel

Process management app mpro5 has named Derek Fisk as its new head of channel. Fisk’s appointment is set to bolster mpro5’s partner recruitment drive in 2024, as the company targets channel experts to join its growing ecosystem.

mpro5 improves core business processes by enhancing operational effectiveness, ensuring process compliance, and driving productivity gains and cost savings, it says.

The company is now actively seeking specialist managed service providers, consultants, IoT hardware providers and sector specialists to join its ecosystem.

With over 25 years of global sales and channel experience in the technology, telecoms, and software sectors, Fisk brings a wealth of expertise to his new role. Following tenures at Sony and BlackBerry, he recently served as a key figure at Automata, acquiring operational insights within a lab workflow automation provider.

Jacqueline Daniell, CEO at mpro5, said: “Derek brings a commitment to driving success through the deployment of complex solutions for major global enterprises to his new role. His proven track record in utilising innovative solutions and his focus on facilitating digital transformations make him the ideal candidate to lead our partnership recruitment efforts.

“We have some ambitious growth targets for 2024 and beyond, and we look forward to collaborating with new partners to develop innovative and cost-effective workflow automation and process management solutions.”

Fisk added: “I’m keen to advance the company’s mission to redefine process management solutions for businesses worldwide. I firmly believe that mpro5 offers a highly desirable solution for channel partners looking to deliver exceptional services for their clients.”

mpro5 is a subsidiary of AIM-listed Crimson Tide and has offices in the UK, the US and Ireland.
