The company has already gone live with its first customers in the Netherlands. Puzzel - which is headquartered in Norway with offices across Scandinavia, Europe and the UK - will also bring its newly launched video and co-browsing capabilities to Dutch customers.

Local technology partners will benefit from Puzzel’s ecosystem and customer service platform.

“Our Nordic heritage and customer-first approach makes us an attractive technology partner and customer service platform.”

Puzzel’s cloud-based customer service platform consists of three fully integrated solutions, including a video-enabled omnichannel and AI-driven contact centre, advanced ticketing and workforce management.
