QBS Technology Group has bought UAB Laknova, a Lithuania-based enterprise software distributor active throughout the Baltic region, where it is the 5th largest dedicated software distributor. QBS also announced the formation of an Irish subsidiary company and the opening of an office in Cork, Ireland.

Laknova will be rebranded to QBS and the systems will be integrated over the next 12-18 months. It represents fourteen software brands and was established in 2012 and has seven personnel focused on providing high-level technical advice, pre-sales and post sales support in conjunction with business partners.
