Security company Rubrik has Lisa Roberts as director of channel and alliances for UK&I and emerging EMEA.
In her new role, Roberts (pictured) will be responsible for driving growth opportunities with existing partners, developing new strategic partnerships and expanding its channel operations into emerging markets in EMEA.
Roberts, who joins from Cisco, where she was regional sales leader for its commercial business in the UK, takes up the role with immediate effect and will be a key leader in Rubrik’s Global channel and alliances team.
Her appointment is the latest development in Rubrik’s evolving channel strategy and is the second major channel hire so far this year following Ghazal Asif, who joined as VP of Global channel and alliances in February.

Roberts has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, having held senior sales and channel leadership positions at Softcat, Symantec and Meraki.
