IT services firm Softcat has been selected as one of the first preview partners in the UK for Azure Marketplace’s new channel programme, Multiparty Private Offer (MPO).
This enables Softcat to help customers optimise cloud budgets by transitioning from existing Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC) agreements to more advantageous Software as a Service (SaaS) procurement terms.
Collaborating with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Softcat aims to secure customised pricing and terms tailored to each customer’s needs.
Richard Wyn Griffith (pictured), Chief Commercial Officer, said: “Our 30+ year long relationship with Microsoft has created trust within our customer base so being able to offer them the support and guidance to help them unlock the full benefits of Azure Marketplace with MPO is so exciting for us.”
