Subzero Engineering hires new UK/EMEA channel manager

Data centre containment solutions provider Subzero Engineering has appointed Craig Brown as its new UK/EMEA channel manager to support its expansion strategy as it scales across the EMEA region.

Brown (pictured) has extensive expertise in the data centre and IT channel sectors, having held a variety of sales in marketing, and management roles over the last 20-plus years.

Before his role at Subzero Engineering, he worked at infrastructure vendors including APC, Anixter, Eaton, Geist and Vertiv.

“The data centre industry is one of the world’s most important sectors, and the work of its mechanical and engineering professionals is essential, as digitalisation efforts accelerate," said Brown. “I believe our environmental impact services, and innovative approaches to vendor-agnostic data centre solutions provides our partners with an opportunity to address end-user challenges, add considerable value, and drive long-term growth.”

In his role at Subzero, Brown has responsibility for scaling the firm’s partner base, building on its engineering, structured cabling, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) partners to help facilitate growth across the region.

“I want to build a channel program which showcases Subzero’s world-class engineering capabilities, which are dynamically delivered and supported with a high-quality service and support package,” he continued. “Our primary ambition, however, is to develop a channel program that is based on true partnerships, and one which will push the industry to better support its partners.”

Andy Connor, EMEA channel director at Subzero Engineering, added: “I’m delighted that Craig has joined the company as part of our European expansion plans, bringing the perfect blend of ambition, energy and experience to this key role.”
