SuperOps, a software provider for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), has launched its new MSPLiftOff Program to support early-stage MSP startups with significant software licencing discounts for tools supported by mentorship, and sales and marketing resources.
The MSPLiftOff Program provides MSP startups of less than a year old with foundational resources designed to foster growth and stability. Participants can access SuperOps' PSA-RMM platform at a 40% discount for the first year, helping streamline operations and facilitate smoother scaling. In addition, new MSPs can benefit from one-on-one mentorship sessions with experienced industry professionals, such as Nate Freedman, Erick Simpson, and Juan Fernandez, who offer guidance on essential business areas like marketing, sales, and development. The program also includes an exclusive resource kit, with templates, guides, and insights, aimed at supporting MSPs through the initial stages of growth.
“As a founder, I know how challenging it is to take a startup from scratch and turn it into something meaningful. Every step requires resilience, from finding the right guidance to navigating business growth challenges,” said Arvind Parthiban, Co-founder, and CEO of SuperOps. “With the MSPLiftOff Program, we aim to give back to the MSP community by making their path smoother, offering the tools, support, and guidance MSPs need to reach success.”
Parthiban explained that the discount initially applies to one technician, as it's geared toward helping solo MSPs grow effectively. “For new MSP businesses under a year old with more than one technician, we’re happy to extend the 40% discount for each license if they purchase them together,” he added.
