Authentication solutions specialist Swivel Secure has appointed Anup Vora as its new reseller channel manager for the UK to support expansion into the channel and sales of Swivel platforms through the company’s UK reseller programme.
Last year Swivel announced a shift to a single-tier channel model.
In his new role Vora will be responsible for new partnerships and promotion of direct cooperation with Swivel to support the sales of its authentication solutions through its partner programme. Under this scheme, the company offers to the channel its sales, marketing, and technical support, it says.
Vora has many years of experience in channel relationships for security vendors, including his work for SMS Passcode and Check Point Software Technologies.
The Swivel authentication solutions were first introduced in 2003 and are aimed at major global enterprises, local government, the NHS and a number of smaller companies to help them remotely access their networks, virtual desktops and cloud-based applications, it says.
